To order from MY DERMA STORE, follow these steps:

  1. Add desired products to your cart.
  2. Click on 'View Cart'.
  3. Hit the 'CHECKOUT' button.
  4. Log in or create a new account.
  5. Provide your shipping address.
  6. Choose a payment method and complete the purchase.

Typically within 1 working day. For orders requiring a prescription, confirmation is sent post-verification, typically within 24 hours.

You can either:

  1. Visit 'My Orders' on the website and can check the status.
  2. Check Text Message(SMS). 
  3. Check your email.

Simply go to the 'My Orders' section on our platform.

We accept debit and credit cards, net banking, e-wallets, and also offer Cash On Delivery (COD).

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number over a SMS which you can use to monitor your parcel's journey.

Double-check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, consider opting for Cash On Delivery(COD).

Navigate to 'My Orders', find the desired order, and click on the 'Cancel' button. We'll request feedback regarding the cancellation for quality improvement.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support with photos of the damaged item, and we'll provide a solution promptly.
